Breezy Farms
Breezy Farms, located in Moinabad, was once a mango orchard protected by tall teak trunks and home to peacocks, bees, and butterflies.
Breezy Farms has initiated at 2005 and stalled 2008 recision, took over by Sivler Sands in 2019 developed the layout and sold out. It's a 99-acre layout, became a sanctuary for many during COVID times. The plots that were initially sold at Rs.3,000 per sq. yd, in 2019, now soared to Rs.16,000 per sq. yd.
